"Yoga?" "Nama'stay inside until it gets warmer out...."

Get it?! (My post title that is...you'd better *fist shake*)

Some years ago, the yoga studios around Richmond and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts had a brilliant idea:   why don't yoga classes take place on the lawns and observation deck at the museum when it's nice out?

Simply. Brilliant.

Since then I've attended classes held on the lawns, on the observation deck, in the morning, and in the evening.  And minus one really humid, gnat-infested class, I've loved every single one!

I think the last outdoor yoga class for the VMFA came and went last weekend.  But here’s some inspiration from some of my trips this past spring, summer, and fall to get you motivated to come out next year.

Project Yoga Richmond still has classes at their physical location at 6517 Dickens Place or throughout the community.  Check their website for a list of classes and any information you could possibly need.   And in the meantime, JessicaScalin yoga has started again on certain Wednesdays at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery at 2408-2410 Ownby Lane.
